Wholesale Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Braided Twine. These Wholesale Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase of products for resale from the Company by wholesale customers (“Wholesale Customer” or “Customer”). By placing an order, the Wholesale Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Wholesale Account
2.1 Eligibility
To qualify for a wholesale account, Wholesale Customers must provide valid business information, including but not limited to a business license, tax identification number, and any other documents required by the Company.
2.2 Account Approval
The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale account application at its sole discretion.
3. Orders
3.1 Order Placement
Orders can be placed through the Company’s online wholesale portal or as otherwise specified by the Company. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
3.2 Minimum Order Requirements
The Company may set minimum order quantities or values. Orders below these thresholds may be subject to additional charges or rejection.
3.3 Pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided upon account approval. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Company will notify the Wholesale Customer of any price changes.
4. Payment Terms

6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Return Policy
Returns or exchanges of products are only accepted if the products are defective or damaged upon receipt. Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receipt.
6.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, the Wholesale Customer must contact the Company’s customer service department for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Wholesale Customer unless the return is due to an error by the Company.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Usage of Trademarks and Logos
The Wholesale Customer may use the Company’s trademarks and logos only in accordance with guidelines provided by the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7.2 Product Information
All product descriptions, images, and other content provided by the Company are the property of the Company and may not be used without permission.
8. Confidentiality
The Wholesale Customer agrees to keep all pricing, business information, and other confidential information disclosed by the Company confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
9. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Wholesale Customer’s account and business relationship at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms, non-payment, or failure to comply with Company policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount paid by the Wholesale Customer for the products in question. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your City/State].
12. Amendments
